Karen, thank you for the exceptional service. I ordered a Point 2 Air Vest and Karen sent me 3 to see if the size would fit.  None of them fit so she them sent me a Hit Air Vest which fits fine. She picked up the other 3 and sent them back. I don't know how Just Equus makes any money with tring to make thier customers happy.  Just Equus is the best and I would recomend them to any of my friends.  Tony H.

Thank you so much for answering all of my questions. Ecco and I rode in the 2011 Vogue today using the backsaver pad and the only way I can describe it is "it felt like home". Ecco is a large 4 year old Oldenburg so I look forward to watching him develop and not having to go through the saddle WOES each time he changes. Next week April gets her turn, I am sure her back will truly appreciate the comfort of the Vogue. Thanks again, we will definately stay in touch, we are hooked. Diane and the "kids"

Wanted to drop you a note.  Received the RTR Bootcut Jods this week and wore them today.  I just love them, fit is perfect, so very comfortable, and no restrictions.  Your right, ended up wearing them flower shopping after riding and hated taking them off. Oh, didn't sweat in them, very cool.   Also thank you for the comb.  Your emails in reference to my order was appreciated.  I was nervous ordering online, you never know.....  There are so few customer service oriented businesses these days.

Karen!  The (Vogue) saddle is perfect!  Beautiful!  Wonderful!  Feels great!
This one fits me soooooo much better than the last.  And I adore the Smart Panel
underneath it....  So much less bouncy.  No problems with fitting my horse either!

Just wanted you to know that the Busy Buffet Feeder is the most amazing thing I have ever bought for my horse.  As mentioned in your advertisement, he would rather eat from it than the traditional way on the floor of his stall.  Honestly, I feel sorry for all the other horses at the facility I board at that they don't have one.  I feel it would be of tremendous help, especially to anxious horses who paw and kick the stall when they are hungry and or bored.  My guy is so much more calm and content now, almost like a pacifier for a baby!!  So glad I found out about this product.

Dressage Forum.  Thank you so much.  Also your service is amazing.  More

All I can say is "WOW"!  I could not have survived Pony Club camp without
the Cool MedicsVest and I was definitely the envy of all there.  If I had known how truly awesome it would turn out to be, I would have ordered 20 of them and sold them on the spot, there.  While everyone else was wilting, I was cool and breezy.  I am really fair skinned and sensitive to the heat and I am never going on another trail ride this
summer without my vest!  I love the back of the neck protection, as well.  I have an interesting story for you, as well.  One of the instructors told me that her mother has a Cool Medics Vest and was out jumping on a hot day with a freshly charged vest.  She got thrown and the horse ended up stepping on her back.  The vest had a huge horse footprint on it and a bunch of burst stitching, but she was hardly bruised!  The gel in the vest acted as an impact absorber for her.  I know that that's not their intended use but what a fabulous side benefit.  Not only am I cool while I'm out riding in this darned heat but, if I should take a tumble, it offers a little extra protection.I think my friend Deborah is going to order one for herself, as well.  We just got back from a ride and she was boiling hot and miserable while I was totally comfortable and cool.

I just love my Vogue Dressage saddle!!!  I’m so comfortable for the first time.  I have had so many saddle and I can’t believe how bad a fit they were for me.  My mare loves the saddle too, she is really rounding up and responding so well to my aids.  I can really feel her back, even way more than with the Ansur.  I think it’s because there is a gullet, I can feel her back lift from side to side.  I never really had that feeling with the Ansur, maybe because it was just flat across her back…not sure, but don’t care anymore!   I’m so glad I have the Vogue and thank you for all your help.

The EE SBS cover came today and it is FANTASTIC! Thanks for shipping it so
fast. I just sold my SBS saddle and I miss the softness, I just needed more support. I tried two other treeless plus the newer Moffett, and danged if I am one of those weird short thick legged peeps that just can't ride treeless. So this is a fantastic way to make a regular saddle tolerable.  Don't make a special order just for the elastic curb for me. But next time you place an order get one of those and drop me an email. I'd love to have one, but no hurry.  And thank you for the curry brush. I have one in the barn and LOVE it. I've thought about getting another to have in the trailer, now I do! A very nice surprise.

I love the 'Baretek' bareback pad!  I had just started riding a new horse and I
was having trouble at the canter.  When I cantered to the left, I could not
get the horse to pick up the correct lead.  I was able to determine that I was tensing up my leg/seat muscles in a manner that told the horse to pick up the incorrect lead.  With the Baretek pad I was able to practice cantering without the interference of stirrups.  
Without the stirrups I was able to relax my legs and guide the horse more evenly.  We were able to pick up the left lead on the first try.  I love riding bareback.  It really helps me perfect my balance and improve my seat.  I can’t wait to show the Baretek to everyone at my barn:  http://www.hollyhillfarm.net/ .  Now I just need to save up enough money for a Vogue saddle!

I got the Thinline pad today and promptly used it.  I have been worried that Missy’s saddle is pressing on a few spots and causing her some discomfort.  She seemed much more comfortable today.  Thanks for the quick turnaround and great customer service.  I’m thinking about buying a seatbone saver for my western saddle
too.  However, I’ll have to wait until next month.  I’ve already spent too much on horsey stuff this month!

I got my two new style Grande Busy Horse Feeders and I'm loving them!  
Wouldn't you know I had just purchased two of the Original Grande ones from their website a month or so ago (didn't realize you carried them).  The New Grande ones with the smaller holes are AWESOME!  It takes my horses over 3 hours to eat their two flakes of hay.  I use the small size for lunch and hang them in several places around the pasture so that they have to walk around to eat them, and those take them quite a while to finish, as well, since I can pack them so tightly.  As soon as I can afford it, I'm going to get another two of the new smaller hole Grande bags...With all of this rain and mud, keeping the horses busy is a big a benefit as slowing their eating down for their physical health.  I also wanted to let you know that I really love my Back on Track saddle pad.  It looks gorgeous and, on these colder days, my horse does seem to supple up more quickly.

Thanks for the follow up! The hay feeders are working out well.I bought the feeders for two different reasons, and they are working great!  The Snacker is for my older horse,
who has bad teeth. It slows down his eating and gives him smaller portions to chew in his stall at night.  The Grande is for my youngster. He eats too fast, and spends a lot of stall time cramming and then nothing for the rest of the night.Works great for both of them, and they are great in the pasture too! No more wasted hay!

Thank you for your email.  The Busy Horse Feeders are fabulous!  I've got 3 set up in each of my paddocks for my easy keepers.   I've spaced out the feeding stations so they travel around.  I'm feeding them the same amount of hay - yet it lasts them significantly
longer (most of the day) - so that they're not sitting there with empty stomachs (and acids building, etc) throughout the day because they gobbled up their morning feeding all up in an hour.  It helps my mare who had a history of ulcer-like problems before I bought her -because now she can nibble through out the day (she also has EMS/Insulin resistance so can not be on grass and has to have a controlled carb diet).  Interestingly - when I first started using the Busy Horse Feeders - I would put out a slice on the ground still - they would go and stand at the busy feeders and wait for me to stuff them and not go eat the
slice on the ground!  There must be something very satisfying about eating from them for the horses.  Only comments would be that a couple of the rings were not squeezed together tight and within 2 weeks of use they came off entirely.  However - they wereeasy to put back on and squeeze shut.  The bags that did have the rings squeezed shut have held up great so far.   I've mounted some of the feeders on a flat board frame on the ground attached with carabiner clips on each ends and then one mounted on a post.  Future ideas / design recommendations (in the even that you ever pass it on to your manufactureer on these) - would be that if there were a ring at the bottom of the bag - it would be handy for easy clipping on to for feeder setups where you're securing top and bottom.  I'll definately recommend them to my friends looking to feed their horses differently.  I love the fact that my horseshave something to nibble on all dayand not feeling like they're starving.

Thanks very much for acknowledging my purchase.  Yes, I try to use Eqyss Products exclusively on my Friesians since it is natural and leaves no residue.  With such thick, heavy hair if I use anything that can irritate, they will scratch and rub like crazy, these
products help to keep that to a minimum.

My parcel arrived in the mail yesterday!!  How quick was that?  We only get 2 mails a week out here so I wasn’t even looking for it yet.  Thank you so much for the little extras!!  It was like getting a parcel from my grandmother, she always manages to put in “something” but would you believe I have a horse with thrush!!  I have to shoe myself here and I was wondering which way to go with it, so now I can try your little bottle! The whole parcel smelt sooo good with the soap in it.I have had a ride this AM with the EquiVisor brim on my helmet and it is perfect…I wonder why no one has done this before.  I know I should ride with a helmet all the time, but without the brim, and in the heat and glare I find I often dont…no excuses now!!A million thanks again for everything, and especially for your wonderful service…..if I ever want anything from over there again I will certainly be starting with you.
